At this time, I do not offer custom orders. Each mala is a unique, one-of-a-kind design, and I never replicate the same mala twice. This allows me to focus on creating original pieces that reflect my vision and creative process.
Yes! I offer a one-year warranty covering craftsmanship issues, such as: findings or pendants that come loose or a tassel unraveling due to a knot coming undone.
The warranty does not cover: string stretching, which is normal with regular use; bead breakage, as beads are durable and only break under misuse; normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to water, lotions or perfumes).
Non-covered repairs are available for a small fee:
Minor repairs (e.g., fixing a tassel): $15
Extensive repairs (e.g., complete restringing): $25
Shipping is free for warranty repairs but charged for non-covered repairs. Contact me for details.
Each mala is carefully packaged for shipment. Processing times are typically 24 to 48 hours and shipping times vary by location.
